The `peel off base coat` allows you to remove colored varnishes or varnishes with glitter without having to resort to acetone.
HOW TO USE
Apply a layer and wait for it to dry completely. Then apply the desired color and, when removing, simply lift one end and pull so that the entire layer of varnish comes off completely. Next? Apply another color!
